Geneva: «Certificat de fin d’études musicales» (with honours) for three students


Several students who are part of the Jonas project have just graduated with respectable degrees. And all of them have a clear career perspective!


Océane Brigitte, Recorder
Prof. Magali Dami – «First Class Honours».
Conservatoire Populaire de Musique, Geneva.

After her Master degree in History of Religions and Ethnology (University of Lausanne and Geneva), Océane is appointed as a research and teaching assistant in medieval history, Department of History at the University of Geneva.


Enrique Meija, Guitar
Prof. Alessio Nebiolo – «First Class Honours».
Enrique Meija obtains the Maturité Certificate – Bilingual Section – Mention “Bien”, Collège André-Chavannes, Geneva.
He ist admitted to the HEMU, enrolled in musicology, Faculty of Arts, Geneva.


Elisa Primiceri, Recorder
Prof. Ariel Rychter – «With Honours».
Elisa has been admitted to the «Certificat Supérieur» programme at the Conservatoire de Musique de Lausanne (recorder, Prof. François Mutzenberg).

Emmanuel Lopes is appointed sergeant
Emmanuel, who plays saxophone in the Jonas Project Geneva and has a commercial high school diploma, has decided to take a new step in the Swiss army. After his basic training, he was appointed sergeant in the medical forces.

We congratulate them very warmly!

Puzzle «Creation»

«The Creation», a painting in form of a huge puzzle! A piece of art put together by handicapped children and children from the Bernese Oberland (summer 2007). During the International Year 2008 of the Earth, «The Creation» was hosted by the International Airport Geneva at Gate A8. Read more

Jonas Choir UN Geneva
19th June: The «Jonas Singers» sing with the «Petits Chanteurs de la Cathédrale» at the first Session of the Human Rights Council, United Nations, Geneva. Young singers from countries as varied as Iran, Zimbabwe, Angola, Rwanda, Cameroun, Bulgaria, Germany, United Kingdom, France and Switzerland, have been invited to sing at the first Session of the Human Rights Council.
